The present Legal Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the on-line shop of the website https://www.loveritmica.com for which Mónica Alejandra Pausich Álvarez, hereinafter referred to as Love Rítmica, is legally responsible.

Applicable regulations.

This electronic contract is concluded under Spanish law and specifically under the legal regime imposed by Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE) and the General Law 03/2014 for the Defence of Consumers and Users (LGDCU).

The electronic contract will not be filed by a third party and the language for its conclusion is Spanish. The present general conditions may be saved and reproduced at any time by the user who makes a purchase through the options of his internet browser, and must be accepted before proceeding to the payment of the products.

Purchase Process. 

To make a purchase at Love Rítmica you must follow the following process:


1º.- Select the products you wish to purchase from among those offered by Love Rítmica on its website.

Once you have selected the product(s) you wish to purchase, click on the ‘Add to Basket’ button and the product will be added to your shopping cart. If you wish, you can continue to add more products to your shopping cart.

3º.- Once the selection of products has been completed, a summary will appear identifying the article(s) selected. Finally, to continue with your order, click on the button ‘Checkout’.

4º.- To complete the process you must identify yourself with your user account details or fill in the registration form if you are not yet a registered user.

5º.- Lastly, you must choose the payment system for your order from those offered by Love Rítmica on its website.

6º - Once the order process has been completed, Love Rítmica will send you an e-mail with details of your order. If you do not receive this e-mail within 24 hours, please contact us. If you notice any error in the data entered in your order, you can correct them through the following means:

7º.- The design proposal will be made, which must be expressly confirmed by the user, before sending the order to production.

Love Rítmica, communicates that it has at the disposal of the users the complaint forms at the postal address that appears in the legal notice of this web page.


Payment methods. 

Love Rítmica has various methods of payment to facilitate your purchases:


Bank transfer:

Love Rítmica offers customers the possibility of paying for their order by bank transfer to our bank account. If you choose this payment option and once your order has been completed, the details required to make the bank transfer will appear on the screen. We will also send you an email with these details. We will indicate the amount of the order, the concept to be indicated in the same and the account number of the entity you have selected. It is important that at the time of making the transfer, you indicate as a concept the reference of your order, provided by Love Rítmica in the email, to expedite the billing and shipment of the order.

Transfers can take up to 48 hours to become effective.

Once payment has been confirmed, the package will be invoiced, packed and shipped (within the indicated shipping time). If you wish to speed up this process you can send us an email to info@loveritmica.com.


Credit or debit card:

Payment by credit or debit card is made through the secure payment gateway of Banco Sabadell. Through this means of payment, Love Rítmica never collects or manipulates any customer data relating to your card number. All data is processed directly by the Santander bank, so that Love Rítmica can always offer the greatest transparency and confidentiality in the transaction. The payment of your order is made directly with the bank, thus offering maximum security.

The cards currently accepted by the payment gateway are all those with the Visa, Mastercard and Maestro stamps, as well as those belonging to the 4B, Red 6000 and Servired networks. Shipping conditions.


Shipments will be made to mainland Spain.

The type of shipment will be : Economic 48h./72h.   - 7.20€

In the case of custom orders, the preparation time may vary. After making the payment, we proceed to make the design, once the design is made and approved, we proceed to manufacture, which may take two to three working days. Subsequently, the production and shipment of orders will take about 6/7 working days.

Depending on the destination town, Love Rítmica reserves the possibility of delivery by its own staff.

The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have a preference for a morning or afternoon delivery time, you can indicate this in the order commentary and we will try to comply with the route and timetable possibilities of the courier company.


Taxes, fees and duties.

Sale of products to the Peninsula:

The RRP of items with shipping address to the Peninsula includes VAT


Pricing policy.


In the event of a manifest error in the pricing that appears in the product file, the price established for that product in the informative email that we will provide you when we detect the error will prevail.



At Love Rítmica we want you to be satisfied with your order. For this reason, we provide you with several methods to return an order that may not meet your needs. Possible cases of return or withdrawal:

The product has a defect (e.g. bad printing) or has been damaged during transport:

The user has a maximum of 3 working days to communicate this fact to Love Rítmica. These products must be returned by the purchaser in a way that protects them, including in a protective box or bag. Love Rítmica will bear all shipping costs for the delivery of the product.

In addition, Love Rítmica will provide the buyer with a transport company to collect the goods, free of charge. If the purchaser wishes to return the goods using a transport company other than the one proposed by Love Rítmica, and the transport company selected by the purchaser offers higher rates, the purchaser shall bear the difference in transport costs.

If the product has been damaged during transport, it is essential that you note the incident on the carrier's delivery note.

Before opening the product, check that the packaging matches the one ordered: colour, measurements, finish, etc. If this is not the case, make an immediate complaint, in the event of any anomaly, before opening the seal or the packaging.



In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Law, the customer has the Right of Withdrawal, by virtue of which he/she may return the product received if he/she finds that it does not meet his/her expectations.


The exercise of this right of withdrawal must be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt. In order to exercise this right, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging, as well as all the parts.

The refund of the purchase price will be made once the condition of the goods has been checked, through the same means of payment used by the purchaser and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the reliable receipt of the cancellation request, provided that it is Love Rítmica who manages the collection of the item. In the event that the purchaser returns the item via a transport company of their choice, the period of 14 days shall begin to run from the time Love Rítmica has actual knowledge of the dispatch of the goods or, failing that, from receipt of the item.

The return costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the purchaser.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Love Rítmica, with address C/ Vall d'Ebo, 34 - La Nucia - Alicante 03530, telephone 625918637 and email address: info@loveritmica.com of your decision to withdraw from the purchase made, by means of an unequivocal statement, by letter sent by post, by fax or by email. You may use the following model withdrawal form for this purpose, if you wish.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal will not be accepted for products with a shelf life of more than one month. If the products do not arrive in perfect condition Love Rítmica reserves the right to pay a lower amount for your order. We will not accept returns of personalised items or sealed items that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

If you have not yet received your order and wish to cancel or modify it, simply inform us of the changes you wish to make, at no cost to you if your order has not yet been processed.

All our products are guaranteed at national level. The guarantee does not include damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.

In the event of a defective product, we may proceed, as appropriate, to exchange for an equal product, replacement (of the same product or the same price) or price reduction.

Required by the new European regulations, we inform users of the existence of a European dispute resolution platform for online contracts.
