Legal Conditions for Purchases at Loveritmica.com
These Legal Conditions of Contract govern the use of the online store on the website https://www.loveritmica.com, for which Mónica Alejandra Pausich Álvarez, hereinafter Love Rítmica, is legally responsible.
Applicable Regulations
This electronic contract is entered into under Spanish regulations, specifically under the legal regime imposed by Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE) and General Law 03/2014 for the Defense of Consumers and Users (LGDCU).
The electronic contract will not be archived by a third party, and the language for its conclusion is Spanish. These general conditions may be saved and reproduced at any time by the user making a purchase through their internet browser options and must be accepted before proceeding to payment for the products.
Purchase Process
To make a purchase at Love Rítmica, you must follow the following process:
1. Select the products you wish to purchase from those offered by Love Rítmica on its website.
2. Once you have selected the product(s) you wish to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button. The product will be added to your shopping cart. If you wish, you can continue adding more products to your shopping cart.
3. Once you have completed the product selection, a summary will appear identifying the selected item(s). Finally, to continue with your order, click the "Place Order" button.
4. To complete the process, you must log in with your user account details or complete the registration form if you are not yet a registered user.
5. Finally, you must choose the payment method for your order from those offered by Love Rítmica on its website.
6. Once the order process is complete, Love Rítmica will send you an email detailing your order details. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact us. If you notice any errors in the information entered in your order, you can correct them by the following means:

7. A design proposal will be prepared, which must be expressly confirmed by the user before sending the order to production.
Love Rítmica informs us that complaint forms are available to users at the postal address listed in the legal notice on this website.
Payment Methods
Love Rítmica offers several payment methods to make your purchases easier:
Bank Transfer:
Love Rítmica offers customers the option to pay for their order by transfer to our bank account. If you choose this payment option, and once your order is complete, the necessary information for making the bank transfer will appear on your screen. We will also send you an email with this information. We will indicate the amount of the order, the payment method you should include in the transfer, and the account number of the bank you selected. It is important that when making the transfer, you include the order reference number, provided by Love Rítmica in the email, as the payment method to expedite billing and shipping.
Transfers may take up to 48 hours to clear.
Once payment is confirmed, the package will be billed, packaged, and shipped (within the indicated shipping time). If you would like to expedite this process, please email us at info@loveritmica.com.
Credit or debit card:
Payment by credit or debit card is made through Banco Sabadell's secure payment gateway. Through this payment method, Love Rítmica never collects or manipulates any customer data related to their card number. All data is processed directly by Santander, so that Love Rítmica can always offer the utmost transparency and confidentiality in the transaction. Payment for your order is made directly to the bank, thus offering maximum security.

Bizum payments can be made through the banking platform, or if that doesn't work, directly by calling 625918637.
Shipping Terms
Shipping will be made to mainland Spain.
Shipping rates will be: Economy 48h/72h - €7.20
For custom orders, processing times may vary. After payment, the design is processed. Once the design is completed and approved, manufacturing begins, which may take two to three business days. Subsequently, production and shipping of orders will take approximately 6/7 business days.
Depending on the destination city, Love Rítmica reserves the right to use its own delivery staff.
The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have a preference for a delivery time between morning and afternoon, you can indicate this in the order comment, and we will try to accommodate the route and the shipping company's schedule to the best of our ability.
Taxes, fees, and duties.
Product sales to the Peninsula:
The retail price of items shipped to the Peninsula includes VAT.
Pricing Policy
In the event of a clear error in the pricing shown on the product sheet, the price established for that product in the email we will send you when we detect the error will prevail.
Returns
At Love Rítmica, we want you to be satisfied with your order. Therefore, we offer several methods for returning an order that may not meet your needs. Possible return or withdrawal options:
The product has a defect (for example, poor printing) or has been damaged during shipping:
The user has a maximum of 3 business days to notify Love Rítmica of this fact. These products must be returned by the buyer in a protected manner, including them in a protective box or bag. Love Rítmica will cover all shipping costs for the delivery of the product.
In addition, Love Rítmica provides the buyer with a shipping company to collect the merchandise, free of charge. If the buyer wishes to return the merchandise with a shipping company other than the one proposed by Love Rítmica, and the shipping company selected by the buyer offers higher rates, the buyer will be responsible for the difference in shipping costs.
If the product has been damaged during shipping, it is essential that you note the incident on the carrier's delivery note.
Before opening the product, verify that the packaging matches the requested packaging: color, size, finish, etc. If not, file a complaint immediately, in case of any anomaly, before opening the seal or packaging.
Withdrawal:
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Law, the customer has the Right of Withdrawal, under which they may return the product received if they find that it does not meet their expectations.
This right of withdrawal must be exercised within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt. To exercise this right, the product must be in perfect condition and retain its original packaging, including all parts.
The refund of the purchase amount will be issued once the condition of the merchandise has been verified, using the same payment method used by the buyer and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the withdrawal request, provided that Love Rítmica arranges for the collection of the item. If the buyer returns the item through a shipping company of their choice, the 14-day period will begin to run from the moment Love Rítmica has actual knowledge of the shipment of the merchandise or, failing that, from the moment they receive the item.
The return costs arising from exercising the right of withdrawal will be borne by the buyer.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Love Rítmica, located at C/ Vall d'Ebo, 34 – La Nucia – Alicante 03530, telephone number 625918637, and email address info@loveritmica.com, of your decision to withdraw from the purchase made, through an unequivocal declaration, by letter sent by post, fax, or email. You may use the following model withdrawal form to do so, if you wish.
The right of withdrawal will not be accepted for products with an expiration date of more than one month. If the products do not arrive in perfect condition, Love Rítmica reserves the right to refund your order. Returns of personalized items or sealed items that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery will also not be accepted.
If you have not yet received your order:
If you have not yet received your order and wish to cancel or modify it, simply inform us of the changes you wish to make. This will not incur any costs if your order has not yet been processed.

Warranties
All our products are guaranteed nationwide. The warranty does not include damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
In the case of a defective product, we may proceed, as appropriate, with an exchange for an identical product, a replacement (of the same product or the same price), or a price reduction.
Dispute Resolution
As required by new European regulations, we inform users of the existence of a European dispute resolution platform for online contracting. Legal Notice
